What the tale is about
Anas feels excited when his mother, Umm Sulaym, brings him to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). A bright, clever child who can read and write, Anas becomes the Prophet’s helper and companion for ten years, learning many of his sayings and hadiths. One sunny day, while Anas is playing with friends, the Prophet gives him a special task. Anas leaves the game and returns home late. Though his mother is curious, Anas keeps the entrusted secret safe, showing trustworthiness and respect for the Prophet’s confidence.
