What the tale is about
When playful Abu Masura meets the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), gentle guidance helps him stop mocking the call to prayer and become a devoted muezzin. In Makkah, the unbelievers demand that the moon be split, and the miracle occurs by Allah’s permission, though their stubbornness remains. After being wounded in Ta’if, the Prophet and Zayd receive grapes from Addas, whose conversation about Bismillah and Prophet Yunus (Jonah) leads him to accept Islam. In another account, the Prophet helps a poor beggar begin earning through honest work. Together, these stories celebrate mercy, gratitude, faith, and effort.
