What the tale is about

One day, a beggar comes to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Rather than giving a direct lecture, the Prophet asks him to bring the only things in his home: a thick blanket and a cup. These belongings are sold for two dirhams, which the man uses to buy food for his family and an axe. The Prophet fits a handle to the axe and shows him how to earn by gathering and selling firewood. After fifteen days of work, the man has saved money for clothes and food, discovering the dignity of earning through honest effort.
